Green Beans with Sesame Seeds & Tofu


Healthy Habit #3:  GO VEGETARIAN at least twice a week.
GREEN BEANS with SESAME SEEDS and TOFU


You will need:
  • 1 tablespoon Canola oil (or any vegetable oil)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, chopped
  • ½ tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 squares Tofu
  • 250g Baguio Beans (or any available Green Beans), trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon fresh Orange Juice

Preparation:

Step 1: In a pan, heat oil then Sauté the garlic and ginger. Add 
        sesame oil.

Step 2: Put tofu in the pan and cook until brown. Turn to brown 
        the other side. Remove from pan and cut into cubes.

Step 3: In the same pan, put in beans. Cook for a minute. 

Step 4: Add sesame seeds and tofu. Cook for about 5 minutes or 
        more.

Step 5: Drizzle with orange juice just before serving.
