Its time to spice up your life.
This is a recipe shared by one of my BFFs Jewelle Macasaet Balwis. I promised her I'll make this, one of these days. How about you try it too? ☺
You will need:
- Chili fingers (siling-haba), cut-open vertically and de-seeded
- Chicken, boiled (with salt and pepper) and cut into strips
- Cheese, cut into long strips
- Lumpia wrapper or egg-roll wrappers
- oil for frying
Preparation:
Step 1: Fill the inside of chili fingers with chicken and cheese.
Step 2: Wrap it up with lumpia wrapper.
Step 3: Deep fry. Serve with sweet and sour dipping sauce, or
mayonnaise with ketchup.
** When handling or de-seeding chili fingers, make sure you use gloves.
