Buffalo Wings

I love spicy food...
and I totally love buffalo wings.
Finally, I learned how to make it.
This is my version of Red Robin's Buzzard wings.
My Hubby said its "excellent!" ☺



You will need:
  • 1 kilo Chicken Wings (about 24 pieces), trimmed
  • 1 cup Hot sauce (I recommend Frank's Hot Sauce for the RR Buzzard wings version)
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation: 

Step 1:  Pat dry chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Fry each chicken pieces. 
            Set aside.

Step 2: In a saucepan, melt butter. Add hot sauce, and cayenne pepper.

Step 3: Add chicken pieces, and toss to coat.

Step 4: Serve with celery and carrot sticks. Enjoy ☺
