Stir-fried Beef in Garlic Oyster Sauce

If you like Chinese food
I'm quite sure you'll like this one.
This a new recipe I tried recently.
Oyster sauce and bell peppers really make a good combination.
It's so yummy plus very easy to make.
My Hubby just recently added this one to his
"Favorites Menu". ☺

You will need:
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 grams beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 small green bell pepper, cubed
  • 6 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • ½ cup water or beef stock
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • chopped spring onions
  • toasted sesame seeds

Procedure:

Step 1: Heat oil over high heat then stir fry beef slices until meat changes color.

Step 2: Add garlic, onions, and bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Add oyster sauce, water, and brown sugar. Cook for a minute longer or until beef is
tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Stir in sesame oil.

Step 5: Before serving, top with spring onions and sesame seeds.
