Grilled Chicken Fillet with Marmalade Glaze



This is a chicken dish I made a couple of months ago. To try something new with my grilled chicken, I added an orange marmalade in the marinade to give out an orange burst of flavor.




You will need:
  • 6 tablespoons Orange Marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 pieces Chicken breast fillet
  • Salt and Pepper


Preparation:

Step 1: Combine marmalade, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Step 2: Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Preheat grill. Sear the chicken on both sides. Grill 
        chicken while basting with the orange glaze. 




Cook's tip:  For a more orange-y flavor: After grilling the chicken, brush the top of chicken with orange marmalade. 

* You can serve the chicken with grilled corn, or blanched  
  vegetables and hot rice.
