Fruity Icebox Cake

From the very first time I made this, my dad loved it.
It became one of his favorite desserts.
Now, I have to make two batches every time...
One for him, and One for the rest of us.
Luckily, its easy to make
so no matter how many batches...
i'm on it! ☺

You will need:
  • 1 pack Graham Crackers (about 200g)*
  • 3 cups all-purpose cream, chilled (NOT frozen)
  • 1 can Fruit Cocktail, drained (850g)
  • 3/4 cup Condensed milk, or more depends on your desired sweetness

Preparation:

Step 1: In an 8x8-inch or similar pan, arrange pieces of graham crackers to cover the bottom.

Step 2: Put together cream and condensed milk. Mix well.

Step 3: Spread 1/3 of the cream mixture on top of the graham crackers.

Step 4: Arrange 1/3 of the fruit cocktail over cream. Repeat layering using the remaining
              graham, cream mixture, and fruits.

Step 5: Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Slice and Serve.

* possible substitutes for graham: Milk biscuits, chocolate cookies, or broas (lady fingers)
** Optional: You can top it up with crushed grahams or reserve some of  the fruit pieces and
put it on top before serving.
**  To serve as individual servings (as seen in the picture), use crushed grahams instead.
