Mexican Pork with Buttered Corn and Tomato-Cilantro Salsa

Last month, I made Mexican Chicken.
This time, it's pork chops.
Same taco flavor but marinated and fried.
It's so fast and so easy to make, promise ☺
This is a new addition on my Hubby's "favorites menu" list.
Hope it'll be yours too.

You will need:
  • 4 pieces pork chops
  • 1 sachet (40g) Taco Seasoning Mix (I prefer McCormick)
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon or lime zest, finely grated
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

Step 1: Combine taco seasoning, olive oil, and lemon or lime zest in a large bowl.

Step 2: Add pork; Toss to coat. Marinate for 2 hours, or overnight for more flavor.

Step 3:  Fry pork, uncovered, over medium heat for about 6 minutes or until cooked on both
               sides.

Step 4: Serve with buttered corn, tomato-cilantro salsa, and fried rice.

• Cook's Tip: Whip out the nachos and tacos and go Mexican for dinner. The star of the table? this tasty pork recipe.
