Chicken Cordon Bleu Rolls

My Hubby and I love Chicken Cordon Bleu
but I wanna try something different and add something new to this recipe
So I stepped it up another level...
and it worked!
Don't worry, it's not complicated as it looks, promise!
This is another addition to my Hubby's "favorite menu" list.
Hope it'll be your favorite too ☺

You will need:
  • 2 large Chicken breasts, skinned and de-boned
  • 3 pieces Ham, sliced into 4 strips each
  • ½ box Cheese, sliced into ¼-inch strips
  • Spring roll wrappers (lumpia wrappers)
  • ½ cup Flour, dissolved in water (just enough to form a sauce like batter)
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil for frying

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken.
Slice chicken breast into thin slices. Use a kitchen mallet and pound the chicken slices
to make it thinner. Cut the chicken into about 2-inches by 4-inches pieces. Set aside.

Step 2: How to Assemble.
Place one piece of the spring roll wrapper in a plate. Put 1 chicken piece on top of the
wrapper, then ham, then cheese strip.
Fold the sides of the wrapper then roll fully until the end. Seal with water.
Repeat the procedure with the rest of the ingredients and Set aside.

Step 3: Cooking the Rolls.
             Heat oil in pan.
Dip the rolls in batter (flour dissolved in water) then roll in breadcrumbs. Coat evenly.
Deep-fry at medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
