How about marinating chicken in milk?
Milk makes meat more juicy and succulent.
So enjoy your chicken,
in yummier and healthier way ☺
You will need:
- 2-3 pieces chicken breast (or any chicken pieces)
- ¼ cup garlic, minced
- 750 mL fresh milk
- ¼ tablespoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sachet (about 1 tablespoon) seasoning mix
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ c ginger, minced
- cooking oil for basting
Preparation:
Step 1: Mix all ingredients except for cooking oil. Marinate chicken for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Grill chicken while basting with oil for at least 10 minutes on each side or until
cooked thoroughly.
