Mini Doughnut Buns


Today is such a gloomy and rainy weather...
and with the chilly breeze, 
nothing beats 
sipping hot coffee with freshly baked goodies.
For me, this is simply happiness ☺ 
This not-so-sweet doughnut buns, dusted with confectioner's sugar
 is perfect with CinnaMocha Latte or hot choco.



You will need:
  • 1½ cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour


Preparation:

Step 1: In a saucepan, add water, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.

Step 2: Remove from heat. Add flour. Mix until well-blended.

Step 3: Fill a piping bag with dough. Squeeze dough to make bun shapes (or any other shape 
              you desire). Place over parchment paper or waxed paper.

Step 4: Heat oil in a deep pan about 2-inches. Fry doughnuts until golden brown. Drain on 
              paper towels and dust with confectioners sugar. Best served with hot choco.
