Cheeseburger Pasta a la KitchenDen

My Hubby loves burgers.
I love pasta.
So why not put them together?
The flavorful taste of cheeseburger is perfect
in this easy-to-make cheesy pasta dish.
It's something new ☺
Another addition to my Hubby's "favorite menu" list...
will it be yours too?
Enjoy ♥

You will need:
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 large Onion (i used white onion), chopped
  • 250 grams Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 5 small pieces red and green Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 1 (70g) sachet Tomato Paste
  • 2 (250g) pouch Spaghetti Sauce (Italian Style)
  • 1 (250g) pouch Tomato Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground Black Pepper
  • 500 grams Elbow Macaroni Pasta (or 4 cups), uncooked
  • 3 cups Water (or 3¼ cups, depends on how you like your  pasta's consistency)
  • 1 box of Quickmelt Cheese, grated

Preparation:

Step 1: Heat oil in pan. Saute onions, then add ground beef. Sprinkle with salt and cook until
              brown.

Step 2: Stir in tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, and water. Stir until well
              blended.

Step 3: Stir-in uncooked pasta, bell peppers, and black pepper. Mix well. (Make sure pasta
              is IN the liquid)

Step 4: Cook until pasta is tender about 13-15 minutes, stirring often. (Serve in a platter,
top  generously with cheese if not baking)

Step 5: Transfer to a baking dish, generously top with grated cheese. Bake at 350°F until
              cheese melts.
