MyKitchenDen Graham ChocoPeanut Butter Cups


I love easy-to-make no bake desserts...
Free from complications, free from worries of baking failure,
and gives me lots of free time after.
In three simple, easy-to-follow steps,
you may also enjoy making this yummy-licious dessert
and impress your family and friends.




You will need:
  • 1 cup crushed Grahams (about 10 crackers)
  • ¼ cup toasted Peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon White sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • mini muffin paper cups, optional
  • candy sprinkles, optional

Preparation:

Step 1: In a bowl, mix crushed grahams, peanuts, confectioner's sugar, peanut butter and 
              condensed milk.

Step 2: Combine cocoa powder, sugar, and butter or margarine in a separate bowl.

Step 3: Pour the cocoa-butter mixture into the graham cracker mixture and mix until well 
              blended.

Step 4:  Using two spoons, form the mixture into small balls and put in the mini muffin 
               paper cups, if using. Top with candy sprinkles or chopped peanuts. Chill for 30  
               minutes or until firm.
