You Will Need:
• 4 tsp Olive Oil
• 10-12 pieces medium-size shrimps, peeled and deveined
(tails intact)
• 6-8 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ cup Chicken Broth
• ½ cup Dry White Wine
• ¼ cup fresh Lemon Juice
• ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
• ¼ teaspoon Salt
• ¼ teaspoon freshly ground Pepper
• 4 Lemon Wedges
Preparation:
Step 1: In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil. Saute
shrimps until just pink. Add garlic and cook stirring constantly, about 30 seconds. Transfer shrimp to a platter and keep warm.
Step 2: In the same skillet, combine broth, white wine, lemon juice, ¼ cup of parsley, salt and pepper; and bring to boil. Boil uncovered, until the sauce is reduced by half.
Step 3: Spoon the sauce over shrimps. Garnish with lemon wedges and sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of parsley.
