Beef and Bell Pepper Stir-fry

This is a must-try recipe...
It's so easy to make and so yummy!
In just 5-10 minutes,
you'll have a totally satisfying, delicious dinner.
Another addition to my Hubby's "Favorites Menu".
Make it yours too ☺

You will need:
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 350 grams Beef Sirloin, cut diagonally into thin slices
  • 2 red Bell Peppers, seeded and cut into long thin strips
  • 1 green Bell Peppers, seeded and cut into long thin strips
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Ginger, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce (I used Lee Kum Kee)
  • 4 Spring Onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoon toasted Sesame Seeds

Preparation:

Step 1: Heat a large non stick pan over medium-high heat. Add oil
to pan; Swirl the oil to coat.

Step 2: Add beef pieces to pan. Cook for 2 minutes, searing on
        one side.

Step 3: Add bell peppers. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring
constantly. Remove beef mixture from the pan. Set aside
        and keep warm.

Step 4: Add soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and chili garlic sauce to
pan. Bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute or until the
        mixture slightly thickens.

Step 5: Add beef mixture and spring onions to the sauce; Toss
        well to coat.

Step 6: Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve over hot rice. Enjoy!
