Cheesy Potato and Bacon Soup


One of the easiest and creamiest soups you can quickly make.
It has all the flavors of the classic baked potato 
without the fuss.
Rich and filling...
will sure please both kids and kids at heart ♥



You will need:
  • 250 grams Potatoes, peeled and sliced into equal cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small jar processed Cheese sauce ( Cheese Whiz)
  • ½ Chicken broth cube (or bouillon cube)
  • ¼ cup cooked crispy Bacon, chopped and divided into two (or ¼ cup bacon bits)
  • chopped chives for garnish

Procedure:

Step 1: In a saucepan, boil the potatoes in water until tender and almost falling apart.

Step 2: Add the cheese sauce, chicken cube, and half of the bacon bits. Stir and blend until 
             smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding a little more water if necessary. 

Step 3: Pour into soup bowls and top with remaining bacon and chives.
