Chilled Buko Pandan Surprise

During those Summer hot days,
we always want to have something refreshing to drink.
Adding buko pandan gelatin in our typical buko juice...
Simply Irresistible!

You will need:
  • 1 bundle Pandan leaves, washed and tied in knot
  • 7 cups water
  • 1 pack unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 2 fresh young coconut (buko), meat cut into strips; juice reserved and chilled

Preparation:

Step 1: In a pot, boil pandan leaves in water for 20 minutes, covered.

Step 2: Set gelatin according to package directions, using the boiled pandan water for the
water needed. Once the gelatin is set, cut it into cubes, about ½-inch squares.

Step 3: To Assemble
Pour buko juice into individual glasses; add gelatin and buko strips. Serve chilled.
              Enjoy ☺
