Chilled Buko Pandan Delight

Our popular party favorite now comes with a twist.
I added sweet corn kernels.
The sweet and hearty taste of corn kernels
add more flavor and texture to our typical dessert.
My Hubby totally loved it... ☺
He said, it was refreshing.
Two thumbs up for me, yay! ♥

You will need:
  • 1 pack Buko Pandan Gelatin (if Buko Pandan flavor is not available, see alternative below)
  • 1 (250mL) pack all-purpose cream
  • 1 small can condensed milk (or more depending on desired sweetness)
  • 2 cups Buko meat, cut into strips (or more)
  • 1 can whole corn kernels

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Once set, cut into small cubes. Set
              aside.

Step 2: In a big bowl, combine condensed milk and cream. Mix well.

Step 3: Add cubed gelatin, buko strips, and corn kernels in the cream mixture. Mix well.

Step 4: Chill (not freeze) in the fridge. Serve chilled. Enjoy ☺

Cook's tip >>> if  Buko Pandan flavored gelatin is not available try this:
Boil 1 bundle of pandan leaves in 7 cups of water. Set Unflavored Gelatin according to package instructions using the boiled pandan water for the needed water.
