Creamy Pepper Chicken

Today, I don't really know what to make for lunch
so I raided our pantry and our fridge.
And here it is...
Chicken + Bell Pepper + Cream of Chicken = YUM!

You will need:
  • 250 grams Chicken fillets, sliced into long strips
  • 1 pouch (70 grams) Cream of Chicken
  • 1 piece Chicken broth cube
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 piece Onion, quartered
  • 3 pieces red Bell Pepper, cut into long strips
  • 3 pieces green Bell Pepper, cut into long strips

Preparation:

Step 1: Dissolve the Cream of Chicken in water. Mix well until completely dissolved. Set aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in pan, add chicken strips and chicken broth cube. Cook for about 2 minutes.

Step 3: Add onion, red and green bell peppers. Cook for another minute.

Step 4: Pour the cream of chicken mix in the pan and bring to boil. Lower the heat and
              simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Serve warm in a platter.
