Fried Chicken in Butter and Garlic

I got this recipe from Yummy: Menu for a Month.
This simple chicken dish is spiced up with fried garlic and butter sauce.
The fried garlic gives the chicken its distinctive aroma.
Pair this dish with a fruity coleslaw by tossing together
shredded cabbage, carrots, apples, and mayo ☺

You will need:
  • 500 grams Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning Mix
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • Oil for deep-frying
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ½ cup Garlic, chopped

Preparation:

Step 1: Rub chicken with seasoning mix, salt and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Heat oil and deep-fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Drain on pepper towels.

Step 3: In a pan, heat butter over low fire. Cook garlic until fragrant and golden brown.

Step 4: Add the cooked chicken and coat with the garlic-butter sauce. Cook for a minute
              more. Serve warm.
