Breaded Prawns

Prawns are one of my Hubby and I's favorite seafood.
Luckily, our place is abundant of these.
Today for lunch, he requested breaded prawns.
It's fast and easy to make... ready in a matter of minutes.
I used Japanese breadcrumbs for this recipe,
giving the rich golden color and the perfect "crunch".
Do not cook the prawns too long to keep it juicy and not rubbery.
Bon appetit'! ☺

Classic Chicken Macaroni Salad

My version of Chicken Macaroni Salad is my family's favorite.
My Dad always asks me to make it whenever I can...
and my Hubby?
He doesn't really like chicken macaroni salad before.
He said he doesn't like that its mayo based
but after tasting my dish, he totally loved it ♥
The mix of pineapple, carrots, onions, chicken and pimiento
fully complemented the flavor of the creamy mayo.
Truly a winner!

Chicken Meatloaf Muffins

When I saw this recipe in a magazine,
I said to myself, "I definitely have to make this!"
The transformation of this classic meatloaf completely appealed to me
plus, the barbecue sauce topping made it so mouth-watering.
I adapted this recipe from October 2011 issue of Yummy Magazine,
with few adjustments I made with the measurements.
This recipe yields 12 chicken meatloaf muffins.
My Hubby is NOT a fan of meatloaves but he totally liked this one.
Hoooooray for me! ☺

Pomodoro Spaghetti

For my Hubby and I, any day of the week is Pasta Day.
We just looooooooove Pasta ♥
This week, we opted for meatless sauce,
Pomodoro Sauce.
Like marinara sauce, pomodoro sauce is made from tomatoes,
garlic, olive oil, and basil.
Only difference is, pomodoro sauce is somewhat thicker.
Here is an easy, simple recipe I adapted from Del Monte Kitchenomics.
Hope you guys enjoy. Bon Appetit' ☺
