My uncle makes very good sisig. Everytime he's around, I would always ask him to make me his "sisig". He has his own style of making it... pork, tofu, mayonnaise... whew, just thinking about it already makes me hungry. Anyway, there are lots of variations for this dish. This recipe calls for tuna. We'll be making a traditional sisig with fish.

Banana Bread
For me, this is the best Banana Bread Recipe. Its easy to make and it tastes so good. I got this recipe from my aunt 10 years ago and I'm really thankful that she shared it. So now, I'm also passing it on. I hope you'll like it the way we do... Spread Yummy-ness ☺
Choco-Cookie Mallow
cream-filled chocolate cookies (such as, Oreo)
and mini marshmallows.
No bake, No cook (except for the melting of butter)

Perfect for kids.
Cinnamon Cake Loaf
I love Cinnamon.
I use it in making my pancakes, french toast, cookies, coffee, and the list could go on and on.
Last night, I made this Cinnamon Cake Loaf.
Its kinda like Banana Bread, but has a more cake consistency to it. Me and my Hubby finished the whole loaf just us two...
I guess its safe to say that we liked it ☺

Grilled Chicken Fillet with Marmalade Glaze
This is a chicken dish I made a couple of months ago. To try something new with my grilled chicken, I added an orange marmalade in the marinade to give out an orange burst of flavor.
Lemon Solution
Lemon's juice, rind and zest are mainly used for cooking and baking. Its distinctive sour taste makes it a key ingredient in many dishes. I, personally, always have lemons in my fridge. Here are some tips on how it worked its magic in my kitchen.

My First
This is the first time I'm writing a blog (so please bear with me). I have a passion for cooking and I love food that's why... here I am. I love cooking for my family, friends, and especially for my Hubby. I venture in all kinds of dishes, desserts, pastries... name it. I will be posting and sharing tips, (easy) recipes, and whatever it is out there that may be interesting. I hope I could help amateur cooks like me to be better ☺
